Global Cuisines

I may specialize in Thai cuisine, but I also love cooking dishes from around the world. So here are some of my favourite dishes from not-Thailand, mostly they're iconic dishes from various Asian cuisines, with a few Western recipes :)

Here are a few of my fave to get you started:

• Aunty Jacqueline's epic Vietnamese pho is a must try. Aunty J is my mother-in-law's best friend who grew up in Vietnam. Her pho blew my mind and she shared with us her recipe!
• My best juicy pork dumplings (gyoza) recipe beats any restaurant offerings. There are several tricks I used to maximize juiciness and flavour, and I offer different wrapping options also!
• Filipino chicken adobo is a classic easy chicken dinner, or try my favorite pork adobo with pineapple for something different!
